Expressing your thoughts and emotions, even just to yourself, can be cathartic. But sometimes it’s hard to put your feelings into words. Why not try sketching instead? It doesn’t have to be perfect; no one needs to see it but you. Just draw whatever comes to mind. Let your imagination take over.
