Mega Time for Me Tip: Woof! Meow!

Did you know that owning a pet is good for you? There are both physical and emotional benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, reduced stress and blood pressure, and lower incidents of clinical depression. If you can make room for a pet, visit your local animal shelter and add some love to your life. (Alternate: Visit a neighbour, family member or friend with a pet for a bit of unconditional love!)  #megatimeforme #selfcare
