Mindfulness has many synonyms. You could call it focus, awareness, attention or presence. The opposite, then, could be disengagement, mindlessness, distractedness or inattention.
There are many health benefits associated with practicing mindfulness including a reduction in stress, anxiety, depression. Clarity of mind and improved focus helps to improve decision-making skills and thereby increases productivity in your family and work life.
Join teacher Kasia Kord for an experience in the wonderful world of Meditation. Within these sessions we will learn, explore and experience various teachings around allowing ourselves to sit down, slow down and spend some quality time with ourselves. Meditation and Mindfulness really are the art of going within and meeting ourselves in that space. We will incorporate simple breath work, music, stillness and movement in our time together. The goal of these sessions is that you leave with concrete tools in which to bring mindfulness and meditation into your everyday life in an accessible way.
