Make a Plan – A workshop to build skills and concrete plans so First Responders stay healthy, happy and have more successful outcomes in their personal lives.
Can We Talk? – Suicide, PTSD and other trauma/stress related issues are growing concerns amongst first responders. This interactive process facilitated by the MegaHealth at work team, creates a safe, confidential and open space in which to begin acknowledging issues, creating dialogues and even exploring options and solutions.
Compassion Fatigue – This workshop explores the basics of compassion fatigue and offers proven tools/tips to prevent secondary traumatic stress. are responding to life threatening situations, dealing with difficult or traumatic events or are in a role of constantly caring for others. This workshop is designed for first responders (fire, EMT, police), anyone whose job involves the caring for of others (family members, teachers, doctors, nurses, therapists) and anyone who feels they may be at risk for secondary traumatic stress.
